Samarinda, February 16, 2025 – Borneo FC won an important victory when entertaining Barito Putera in the 23rd week of League 1 2024-2025 at the Segiri Stadium, Samarinda, Sunday (2/16/2025). This fierce match ended with a score of 2-1 to win the home team, thanks to two decisive goals from Matheus Pato.

The match began with pressure from Barito Putera. In the sixth minute, they got a free kick, but the execution did not endanger the Borneo FC goal escorted by Nadeo Arga Winata.
